A seasoned communications professional, Pat has worked with senior executives, entrepreneurs, general counsel, directors of marketing, human resource directors, and brand managers to drive bottom line results on issues, projects, launches and crises.

She has built tremendous teams of professionals who represent RCG's clients with creativity, drive, relentlessness and results.

Pat is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she attained degrees in business and journalism. Post graduate work includes: an executive program on public policy at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. 

Other professional pursuits include  consulting with the international firm of WPNT Ltd. specializing in crises and communications training of executives in Fortune 500 companies.

When not communicating, Pat loves golfing, skiing, cycling and visiting her native South. She lives in Edwards, Colorado with her husband Tony Vangalis, a builder.

Jens Werner

PARTNER

Jens is an experienced communications professional whose accomplishments include success in communication campaigns; local elections and issues campaigns; crisis communications; monitoring and shaping public policy and community relations for developers, metro districts, real estate companies and trade organizations. He designs and implements complex integrated programs to launch and promote destinations and properties across the U.S. and Canada.

Jens volunteers his PR services to Eagle & Lake County Habitat for Humanity and the Rocky Mountain Pond Hockey Championship benefiting youth hockey. In addition he chairs the board of directors for The Cycle Effect, an Eagle, Colorado-based non-profit whose mission is to empower at risk youth through mountain biking and mentorship.

He lives in Edwards, Colo. with his wife Evin, daughter Murphy and son Thomas. An avid climber, fly fisherman, mountain biker and Nordic skier, Jens loves the mountain lifestyle and the experiences that living in the Vail Valley affords.
