ReComm Global works with Brue Baukol Capital Partners on a variety of real estate projects in the hospitality and development space in Colorado.

Frost Creek:

  • Formerly Adam’s Rib Ranch in Eagle Colorado. ReComm, since 2015, has worked to re-brand and reposition a nascent golf club community to what is now one of the hottest and fastest growing private clubs in North America.

  • Strategized to energize the community locally, regionally and nationally with effective communications campaigns. Messaging included real estate, golf, lifestyle, and family tracks specific to their respective audiences. Frost Creek has seen unparalleled growth with membership sales and homesite sales in three short years.

  • Press coverage, advertising and advertorial campaigns as well as a robust digital presence have all factored into what is arguably one of Colorado’s most successful community launch campaigns for Colorado’s Mountain Club.

Hardscrabble Ranch:

  • One of the last remaining unbroken ranches in the Vail Valley, positioned in the heart of the Brush Creek Valley, directly between the town of Eagle and Frost Creek, ReComm worked with Brue Baukol, Eagle County, local opinion leaders and the media to position what heralded as one of the most significant purchases of Open Space for Eagle County preserving the iconic land for all to enjoy in perpetuity.

Mountain View:

  • Communications strategy focused on addressing the single most critical issue in mountain towns today—employee housing.

  • Who: Pete Carlson, a lifelong Vail skier and Denver resident, whose family was an early investor in Vail in 1963 and who has a 35-year career in national development projects.

  • Vail Mountain View Residences, Phase II, sought approval from Vail Town Council on to build 15 for-sale residential units while providing 15 Employee Housing Units (EHUs) and 20 lock-off units.

  • Developer worked with Town of Vail staff, planners and Vail neighbors in proximity of the project and utilized substantial Town and neighbors’ input to design a win-win project for creating new residences, hot beds and make a major contribution in the TOV mandate towards 1000 EHUs by 2027.
