• Worked on strategy with BNP Paribas, the world's third largest bank and BNP's legal counsel, Faegre, Baker & Daniels of Denver, Colo.

• ReComm Global affected a communications process inclusive of all stakeholders in a land-use battle in the Town of Avon, Colo.

• Public process involved the developer, Traer Creek, LLC, owners of 2,000 acres, the largest parcel of undeveloped land in the Vail Valley. Participants included the Traer Creek Metropolitan District, The Town of Avon, BNP Paribas and concerned community groups.

• After a multi-year process, the communications effort affected the understanding of annexation and PUD amendment which was significant in the approval process
